Radish sets a new state record

A cool summer has meant generally smaller vegetables all around at this year's fair. But at least one record was set on "Alaskan Grown Day," Wednesday. A 15.985 pound white radish grown by Palmer farmer Ron Castor took the title as the biggest ever grown in Alaska from a 13.15 pounder grown in 2005.
