Anchorage police are looking for Michael Duane Rogers for outstanding warrants relating to misconduct involving weapons and multiple counts of theft and fraud-related charges.

Rogers is 5 feet 10 inches tall and 190 pounds. He has short brown hair or a shaved head, brown eyes, and usually a goatee.
