FAIRBANKS -- A graduate student at the University of Alaska Fairbanks spent more than a year completing a massive Lego replica of a campus building.
Ty Keltner said it would have gone much quicker but he had to wait for pieces to his replica Gruening Building to arrive in the mail.
Keltner lost track of exactly how many blocks he used to create the miniature version of Gruening. The replica stands more than 2 feet tall and is 3 feet wide.
The model, which cost him more than $1,100, is on display at the UAF gallery this week.
Keltner will graduate with a master's degree in business administration this weekend.
