NENANA -- Officials with the Nenana Ice Classic still have not confirmed who won $303,895 for guessing when a tripod sitting on the Tanana River would move. The river went out at 10:53 p.m. Tuesday.
Workers have to double-check all of the 243,000 tickets before announcing a winner. The process is expected to be completed today or Saturday, according to officials.
At least one person has guessed the right time.
The payoff will be made on June 1.
