The death of a man who went out a fifth-floor window last month is still being called suspicious by police, though they stopped short of labeling it a homicide.
The body of Tigautchaiq Douglas, 22, was discovered by a cab driver Aug. 23 in the parking lot behind the Castle Apartments, a Midtown complex on West 27th Avenue.
There was no doubt Douglas fell to his death from the window, police Lt. Paul Honeman said Thursday. The question was whether he was pushed or fell accidentally.
Detectives are continuing their investigation.
