The Alaska Botanical Garden has reopened to the public following a two-week closure spurred by a grizzly bear eating a moose carcass nearby.
The garden's nature trails are now open to the public for use during daylight hours, the garden announced Friday.
The garden shut down and curtailed school field trips two weeks ago because of concerns about a bear feeding on the carcass, which was spotted Sept. 23.
