In the editorial "Quiz time" on page B-5 Saturday, there was an error in the wording of question 2. The question should have read: "Last month, the Permanent Fund was worth less than the value of all money deposited in it since 1976."
A brief on Page A-4 Tuesday misidentified Kristine L. Delkus in an item about the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission granting TransCanada Corp.'s request to work with regulators during the early stages of the company's planning for a natural gas pipeline from the North Slope. Delkus is deputy general counsel for TransCanada, not FERC. The quotations attributed to her should have been attributed to FERC.
A listing of 2009 Southcentral fishing derbies on Page C-5 of Sunday's sports section incorrectly said the Mat-Su King Salmon Derby was scuttled. A reworked derby placing less emphasis on big fish and sponsored by the Public Safety Employees Association will run May 30-July 6 in Mat-Su streams. Further details on changes at 244-8165.
