Your View: What would you do about tennis courts proposal?

What would you like to do about the proposed tennis courts for West Anchorage? The issue has deadlocked the Assembly for months.

Here are five options:

• Give the money back.

• Take the appropriation and use part of it to buy the Alaska Club just off Bragaw and fix its courts and make any other repairs.

• Commit $4 million to the tennis courts, as Bill Starr wants to do, and the rest to ice arena upgrades.

• Commit either $7.2 million (Tim Steele) or $7.7 million (Mayor Sullivan) and build the center next to the Dempsey Anderson ice arena in Turnagain.

• Turn the tennis courts decision to the voters as Amy Demboski proposes.
