Jenae Collins attempted arson sentencing

Jenae Collins testified at her sentencing on July 18, 2013, after pleading guilty to attempted arson for a fire she started and burned a 24-unit apartment building on Eureka Street in January. Judge Philip Volland accepted a plea agreement that sentenced Collins to five years in jail, with four years suspended. She will have to serve five years of probation and pay restitution to the fire victims.
