Eric Dufloth holds his son Xavier, 1, as the names of homicide victims are read aloud at the annual Victims for Justice Monument Ceremony at Hostetler Park in downtown Anchorage on July 17, 2008. Dufloth was there in remembrance of his nephew Derik Perry who was killed in 2006 at age 17. At the time police said his friend Dominick Payne was playing with a loaded gun that he fired at Perry.
