Logan Ciro, 4, roars like a tiger as his face is painted at a picnic held for the 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne) all day Friday February 1, 2008 at hangar 5 on Elmendorf Air Force Base. Logan's dad is Sgt. Chris Ciro. The event offered soldiers recently returned from 14 months in Iraq one final gathering as a group before the brigade begins receiving new soldiers and equipment and embarks on a new training cycle.
