Everyone who made a bet that not a single person in America would watch Bristol Palin's reality TV show, "Life's a Tripp," needs to pay up. Levi Johnston has been watching, and he's reportedly seen enough.
According to numerous reports, Levi says he is alarmed at his reality TV star son's bad behavior, and he blames Bristol.
TMZ reports that Johnston says he now plans to challenge Palin for full custody of their son Tripp, and that he's already been down to Wasilla's courthouse and picked up the paperwork.
While looking through the window of his color TV, Johnston says he's seen Tripp run wild, talk back, curse, and disrespect adults. He told TMZ that he's "disgusted" by his son's behavior and that he fears Tripp is on a "downward spiral" and is getting "no real parenting."
A recent show featured little Tripp throwing a tantrum and calling his aunt Willow some unsavory word beginning with the letter 'f'.
Johnston said that Tripp "deserves a better family." He added, "I love my son more than anything ... and I will do whatever it takes to make sure he is raised the right way."
Custody battles are nothing new between Johnston and Palin, who split acrimoniously shortly after the birth of their child in 2009. In 2010, they settled on a custody agreement, with Palin receiving primary custody and Johnston receiving a visitation schedule. In the past, Johnston and members of his family have publicly complained that he's not being allowed to see his son.
