Sarah Palin says she's penning a fitness book

From governor to political pundit to fitness guru? Former Alaskan Gov. Sarah Palin says she's writing a fitness book, PEOPLE magazine reports.

In an email sent to PEOPLE on Tuesday, Palin wrote, "Our family is writing a book on fitness and self-discipline focusing on where we get our energy and balance as we still eat our beloved homemade comfort foods!"

Two books under have already been released under Palin's name – "Going Rogue" and "America By Heart" – but this will be her first foray into the world of fitness literature.

The announcement comes in response to recent photos circulating the internet that show a skinny Palin hitting the streets of Los Angeles. Palin has been in L.A. cheering on her daughter Bristol as she competes in the all-star version of the television show "Dancing With The Stars."

As for what may be contained in the book, Palin teased it by writing, "We promise you what we do works and allows a fulfilling quality of life and sustenance anyone can enjoy," and adding that the book will be "unique and motivating."

The Week is already throwing around "potential titles," including "Burn, baby, burn!" and "You Betcha, You Stretcha."
