The 44-foot fishing vessel Abby Louise was partially submerged Saturday after the ship sank in Orca Inlet in Prince William Sound. Coast Guard Marine Safety Unit Valdez personnel and response vessels were assisting the boat with pollution response and developing a lightering and salvage plan.
