Photos: Aces' 4-2 loss to Grizzlies

More passive than passionate much of Wednesday night, the Alaska Aces' submissiveness shackled them with a 4-2 loss to the Utah Grizzlies that marked their second straight ECHL setback and reduced them to a .500 hockey team.

The Grizzlies used rookie Matt Berry's second two-goal game in the last four games and Ryan Faragher's 28 saves at Sullivan Arena to snap their two-game losing streak and spoil the Aces debut of Garet Hunt, the former Stockton Thunder captain.

Utah (4-3-1) improved to 4-0-0 on the road in taking the opener of a three-game series that continues Friday night and Alaska (4-4-1) slipped to 3-3-1 on home ice.
