During a debate hosted by the Anchorage Board of Realtors on Wednesday, April 29, 2015, moderators asked mayoral candidates Ethan Berkowitz and Amy Demboski a series of questions about a number of complex issues, including the rewrite of Anchorage's land use code, water and sewer infrastructure, the privatization of public utilities and municipal employee compensation. It was the only open-to-the-public debate between Berkowitz and Demboski before May 5 mayoral runoff election.
