Rain didn't seem to dampen enthusiasm for Senshi-Con a bit on Saturday morning, Sept. 26, 2015. Fans of Asian animation, graphic novels and games waited in lines that wrapped around the block of the Egan Center in two directions before doors opened on the tenth-annual convention. Many came dressed in costumes depicting characters from anime, video games and pop-culture icons. Cosplay is a important component of the two-day event. The event will award first- and second-place prizes in two categories on Sunday. Senshi-Con also includes gaming stations, a card tournament, panel discussions, video anime viewing rooms and an exhibition hall of vendors.
