The Freeze art project is nearing completion on the Delaney Park Strip as well as at Elderberry Park, Frontierland Park and at the Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center. The public opening of Freeze happens 12-4 p.m. Saturday, January 10 on the Park Strip.
