The 29th season of Thursday Night of the Fights begins this week at the Egan Convention Center.
Thursday's season-opener will include five boxing matches and three mixed martial arts bouts. The main event is a boxing match between 220-pound Fili Seve and 230-pound Chad Lealao.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the first fight scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
There will be 21 nights of fights this season, including the annual Tough Man Competition in December. Interested fighters can attend the weigh-ins held each Wednesday from 4:30-6 p.m. at the Pepper Mill and get a fight lined up.
