Ben Price of UC Riverside hit an RBI single in the 11th inning to give the Mat-Su Miners a non-league win Sunday at Hermon Brothers Field in Palmer.

Matt Montgomery, also from UC Riverside, pitched the final three innings for the win.

Goldpanners 7, Calif. 4

Catcher Richard Knutz went 4 for 4 with an RBI to help the Fairbanks Goldpanners record a non-league win over the California Bears at Growden Memorial Field in Fairbanks.

Fairbanks won the second game of its doubleheader 8-0 over the Fairbanks Men's League All-Stars.

Pilots 10, Oceanside 2

Michael Diaz pounded three doubles and added four RBIs in a nonleague game the Pilots broke open with seven runs in the eighth inning at Mulcahy Stadium.

Cody Neer hit his second home run for the Pilots.

Bucs 18, Oceanside 5

Chu-Kuan Lee threw five shutout innings as the Bucs pounded out 20 hits to knock off Oceanside (Calif.) in nonleague play at Mulcahy Stadium. Gabe Jacobo went 4 for 4 with four RBIs.
