Two Cook Inlet Conference hockey teams remained undefeated in conference play through the first weekend of December.
The Dimond Lynx (7-0) continue their conference lead with 14 points.
The South Wolverines (5-0) and West Eagles (5-1) were tied for second with 10 points going into Tuesday's matchup between the two squads.
But the Wolverines are the only team without a blemish on their record. South was undefeated overall at 9-0 heading into Tuesday. Dimond owns a 10-1 overall record.
The Wolverines and Lynx each boast two goalies with better than .900 save percentages in the CIC.
Dimond's Matthew Driskell and South's Alex Pavia lead the conference at .962.
South's Zane Anderson (.941) and Dimond's Gabi Gibson (.919) have also proven reliable in the net.
