Larry Kincaid shot the game-winning shootout goal to lift the visiting Alaska Avalanche over the Kenai River Brown Bears on Sunday.

Tied at 5-all after overtime, Scott Bererra gave the Avs a 1-0 lead in the shootout before Garret Bossert tied it for Kenai.

Kincaid, who also scored in the 2nd period, managed to get the puck past goalkeeper Matt Wichorek for the win.

Kevin Anger, Jeremiah Dargis, Joe Harren, and Kent Detlefsen each chipped in goals, while Duson Sidor earned the win in goal for the Avalanche.
