Anchorage's Charles Christianson, a senior at Williams College in Williamstown, Mass., is the top-ranked slalom and giant slalom skier in the Eastern Intercollegiate Skiing Association, a year after tearing his ACL.
Christianson suffered the injury in January of 2007 while skiing for Team USA at the World University Games in Italy.
On Saturday he skied in the Middlebury College Winter Carnival and took third in the giant slalom. Christianson won the slalom event on Friday.
