The Cleek Corporation, a local group headed by Rich Sayers, has received approval from the city to operate Anchorage Golf Course this season.

The group said in a press release it will "consider upgrades to the course and buildings to improve energy efficiency, extend the life of the facility and most importantly, improve the quality of the golf course for increased use and speed of play."
