Paul Bargas pitched seven innings of one-hit ball, allowing an unearned run as the Anchorage Bucs won their first road game of the season 2-1 over the Mat-Su Miners at Hermon Brothers Field.
Jayson Kramer closed out the game with two shutout innings.
The Bucs broke a 1-1 tie in the seventh when Jimmy Parque, pinch-running for Matt Apfel who singled to lead off, scored on Evan Wells' safety squeeze bunt.
Wells scored the first run of the game in the first inning when he walked leading off, stole second and came home on Paul Goldscmidt's RBI single.
The Miners tied it in the third on a passes ball.
Panners 3, Fire 3, suspended
Monday's game between the AIA Fire and Fairbanks Goldpanners was suspended in the top of the sixth by rain with the score even at 3-3.
The game will resume at 5 p.m. today, followed by another game between the two clubs at 7 p.m.
