Chugiak scored once in the first period and again in the second period Thursday to take a 2-0 win over Eagle River at the McDonald Center in Eagle River.

Chugiak-Eagle River bags shutout over Mat-Su
Larissa Mrugala scored two goals and Nicole Mrugala stopped 17 shots Thursday night to lead Chugiak-Eagle River to a 3-0 victory over the Mat-Su Ravens at the McDonald Center in Eagle River.
One of Larissa Mrugala's goals came short-handed as did Michelle Wilson's game-winning goal. Rachel Russell furnished two assists.
Dominique Schuetter stopped 13 shots for the Ravens.
