Troopers ask for help in locating missing Alaskan

Alaska State Troopers have issued a missing persons notice for 20-year-old Emmanuel "Martin" Hosier of Delta Junction. Hosier was last seen the evening of July 8.

On Monday, July 9, troopers spotted Hosier's unattended car at a local scenic view along the Tanana River. After family members were unable to verify his whereabouts, troopers listed Hosier as missing.

As of July 10, Hosier had not reported to work. He is an avid climber who has been known to visit the Tanana River bluff area. Delta News Web has a report of a local search party being organized by Hosier's family, as well as a clear photo of Hosier.

Hosier's described as 5-feet-9-inches tall, weighing about 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. If you have any information on his whereabouts or condition, please contact the Delta Junction post of the Alaska State Troopers at (907) 895-4800.
