“Aarigaa!” “Wow!” and other shouts of celebration could be heard from the rooftop of the parking garage on W. Fifth Avenue as onlookers reacted to the Anchorage Fur Rendezvous AT&T Fireworks Extravaganza on Saturday night.
Downtown streets were bustling with vehicles and pedestrians as the fireworks began, piercing through a layer of soft, falling snow.
