"Inkster is not dressed for the frigid temperatures and there are concerns for her safety," police wrote.

Police spokeswoman Renee Oistad said Wednesday that Inkster left home soon before her last sighting.

"She's a runaway, and our biggest concern is her age and that she was not dressed for the weather," Oistad said.

Anyone who has seen Inkster or has word on her whereabouts is asked to call police at 907-786-8900.
