Spenard residents and officials gave a hand to the landscaping along Spenard Road on Saturday. They made handprints in a red ribbon of wet concrete next to the sidewalk along the street. The creation is a culmination of the Spenard Road upgrades by the Municipality of Anchorage Project Management & Engineering Department. Adults, kids, babies and a few dogs left their prints in the concrete.
