Anchorage Mayor Ethan Berkowitz presented a community briefing Friday to address concerns and questions about the city’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
He announced an indoor mask mandate effective Monday.
Joining the mayor were Natasha Pineda, director of the Anchorage Health Department; and Dr. Bruce Chandler, medical officer for municipal Disease Prevention and Control.
