Airport police are investigating a body that was found Sunday morning at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.
In a post on the Airport Police and Fire Facebook page, police said that they received a report of a man not breathing near the commercial lane of the airport.
When officers arrived, they checked the man’s vitals and called Anchorage Fire Department for assistance, according to the post. The fire department declared the man deceased and a medical examiner was contacted.
Airport police could not be immediately reached for further information and did not provide the name or age of the man.
