A homeowner in Houston called Alaska State Troopers on Friday when his dog dragged home a human skull. Troopers searched the area and found a body.

Using dental records, Troopers identified the skull as belonging to Donnay M. Box. A press release sent out by troopers Wednesday afternoon said the investigation is continuing, and Box's next of kin have been notified.

A quick web search for the 22-year-old Box only turned up a Mat-Su Valley Frontiersman blurb that Box turned herself in on an arrest warrant for violating a domestic violence protective order in 2008.
