Update, 3:45 p.m. Thursday: Detectives have located Brittney Johnson, according to an updated online alert.
Anchorage police are asking for the public’s help finding two people of interest in a fatal shooting last week at the Black Angus Inn near downtown.
Police responded to a shooting at the Fairview hotel around 3:15 p.m. Dec. 3 and said 34-year-old Grant Fowler was shot in the upper body. He was brought to a hospital but died shortly after, an online alert said.
Police said they believed the shooting was an isolated incident.
Police released photos Monday afternoon of a man they believe may have information about the shooting, the alert said.
Police said Tuesday they are also searching for 40-year-old Brittney Johnson.
“Detectives believe she may have information regarding the homicide at the Black Angus last week and would like to speak with her,” police wrote.
Johnson is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 130 pounds with blonde hair and green eyes.
Police have asked anyone with information to call Dispatch at 311 or go online to anchoragecrimestoppers.com.
