Rebecca Menzia is a lifelong Alaskan who has performed in the state for over a decade with a variety of groups, including Fairbanks-based bands Harm and Feeding Frenzy.
Menzia says her approach “uses harmonic simplicity, colorful textures and complex melodies to create thought provoking and often unusual folk compositions.”
Currently, she performs in nrrth, a project with fellow Alaskans Laila O'Sullivan and Josh Jeffries.
Her performance of “Elsebeth” shows off rich guitar and Menzia’s unique vocal style.
