Mary Jane Riemann is originally from Canada and has spent the last 20 years in Alaska as a singer-songwriter, working with her husband Kurt Riemann and other Alaska musicians.
“His Kind” is a song Riemann wrote about an acquaintance and how the world needs more men like him.
Riemann other work includes “Alaska Lullaby,” which was turned into a bestselling children’s book, and an eight-album series, “Merry Christmas From Alaska” that raised money for the Children’s Hospital at Providence.
