OPINION: Alaska's legislators must not know what standard of investment care Alaskans expect from them. They are about to destroy billions and billions of dollars worth of value in Alaskans' resources because they lack even the most basic tools to analyze the decision.
Alaskans are beginning to understand that under a traditional pipeline development business model, there is no foreseeable time frame in which a gas pipeline will be built.
