OPINION: With new investment headed for Alaska's oil and gas sector, an essential first step is creating agreement about priorities, and in that spirit, we've updated Alaska's Workforce Development Plan to addresses and identify the varying priority occupations and career pathways necessary to build long-anticipated mega projects.
