AACCC Adoption of the Week: Meet Lucky and Scrappy

Here's Anchorage Animal Care and Control's Adoption of the Week, courtesy of Brooke Taylor, AACCC public relations coordinator.

These two big boys, Lucky (A123848) and Scrappy (A136007), are super friendly, easy-going, and full of affection. They're lifelong pals and would like to be adopted together. Active, playful and good-natured, they handle easy on leash and enjoy exploring and romping together--and can easily entertain each other when not entertaining you! Lucky is the yellow Lab mix, Scrappy the Pit/St Bernard, Scrappy is the more docile and follows Lucky's lead. They do great with kids and have lived with children 1 and 5 years old. They're attentive and responsive, sit for treats, and really want to please. Ready to be your best buddies, they'll make a wonderful "instant family"! Special thank you to Mojo's Hope, as they are covering the adoption fees for one of these cuties, if they are adopted together. They can now be adopted together for only $72 for BOTH, which still includes their MOA dog licenses, vaccinations, and microchips. Call 343-8122 for more information.

Adoption update: Chopper has been adopted. Delphi is still available.
