Let's talk about Gov. Walker's fiscal plan

With a series of budget vetoes this week totaling more than $1 billion, Gov. Bill Walker put into motion a plan aimed at coming to grips with Alaska's looming fiscal crisis. It comes as lawmakers are being summoned for a second special session on the budget.

Is it a good plan? Is it fair? Is there a better way?
