Letter: Thanks for a good turn

A couple of days ago, I was chipping away at the icy snow berm that covered the width of my driveway. After a few minutes of chipping, I heard a snowplow’s engine and backup bell somewhere in the neighborhood. What are the odds, I thought?

Then it rounded the corner on my street. The driver drove past me and paused. He turned that big snowplow around in a one lane road and plowed the berm out of my driveway within a minute or two. Thank you very much to that snowplow operator who took the time to assist me. I appreciate his kindness. Happy holidays!
