I am a frequent reader of the ADN. When I have time, I read most of the articles in the paper. Had a chance to catch up last night (Nov. 4) and read about John Sturgeon’s case(s) that went before the Supreme Court.

The article from the Washington Post was excellent, as it gave some background on the expenditures and less so on the dedication of time Mr. Sturgeon needed to have his case heard. Part of the article referred to Mr. Sturgeon’s span of support, from perceived anti-government and pro-government factions uniting to eventually win the hovercraft case in his favor. I enjoyed the article very much and thought it was wonderful that we have freedom of the press in this country. An article about a fellow like Mr. Sturgeon can help unite and not divide us with freedom of the press.
