Letter: Moral courage

News flash: Sen. Lisa Murkowski thinks it may be time to be honest: “Perhaps we’re getting to the point where we can be more honest with the concerns that we might hold internally and have the courage of our own convictions to speak up.” Wow! That’s real leadership!

I guess nobody told her that the time to stop equivocating and stand up for what’s right was the day she was sworn in. As she struggles to decide whether to support the dishonest, lawless, dictator wanna-be currently occupying the White House, Alaskans should start looking for a new senator who is not so morally conflicted.
