Coronavirus, racism, political division, pandemic, economic woes — even horse poop! After wallowing through Sunday’s headline stories, I happened upon Christine Cunningham’s Jack, a retriever who didn’t retrieve, was a goof and a butthead. He was his own dog — and then, yours.
Though Jack’s story brought tears, it’s also a reminder of how lucky we are to have pets who keep us humble and sane, especially in these strange times.
