Letter: Sullivan works for veterans

New military investment in our state, new fighters for our Air Force bases, improving our missile defense systems, and improving veterans healthcare. In just one term, Sen. Dan Sullivan has done more for our military and veterans than some politicians have done in a lifetime. One specific example, after years of red tape, Dan stepped in and spearheaded the approval to place the Vietnam Helicopter Pilots and Crew memorial at Arlington Cemetery. Thank you Dan.

Some of the things get reported on, but many don’t. But in my experience, Dan isn’t motivated by the headlines of the day. He’s driven to serve others because it the right thing to do. It’s the sort of discipline you would expect from a Marine. Dan has earned my vote, and I’m excited to see what else he’ll get done for our state and veterans throughout his next term in the Senate.
