Letter: New mayor

We have endured a great deal of divisive media during 2020. Why does the media continue to divide our community?

Does anyone care about the sexual orientation of the interim mayor? Exactly what does being gay bring to the table? Since when is sex a part of the job?

In the private sector, your value is your actions. We do not ask about gender, race, age, religion or politics. We ask you to do a job.

Ethan Berkowitz drove Anchorage into deep debt. The economy has been severely disrupted by continued shutdowns in spite of all evidence; it is a wrong tactic.

The interim mayor has her hands full. Her sex is not part of the job and the divisive media should be ashamed.
