When Gov. Gretchen Whitmer had the audacity to mandate folks wear masks to protect their families and community, it upset a few men. Made them mad. Real mad. Their anger and fear grew darker and darker, until they decided to abduct the governor and take over the Michigan government. Whoa!
I wish they had contacted me first; I would have reassured them that wearing is mask is not that uncomfortable. You can breathe easily while wearing one and it protects you from all types of virus, even the common cold. Masks come in a variety of colors and shapes. You have choices. How about a sky blue mask to match your eyes? Or a camouflage mask to go with your camouflage suit? There is even a mask that lets you sip a soda easily. Step out of your comfort zone, wear a mask; you’ll be surprised to see how good it feels to send COVID-19 packing.
