Letter: Vaccine frustration

I just spent a very frustrating day trying to schedule a COVID-19 vaccine. Unsuccessfully.The system set up could not be more confusing, time-consuming and ineffective without careful planning.The state should be ashamed. We Alaskans deserve better.
