Letter: Vaccine website suggestions

The website of the state health department is clunky and inordinately time-consuming to find a vaccination site. It requires one to enter the same detailed and lengthy demographic and health information for every single attempt to make an appointment; this information doesn’t self-populate to the demographic and health fields when looking for other clinic appointment openings. And one must do this each and every time one looks for an appointment, only then to learn there are no appointments available.

Just a suggestion: Why not update the computer program to self-populate the information from the initial health and demographic surveys, and only direct appointment queries to clinic sites with actual openings?
