Letters to the Editor

Letter: True sacrifice

I understand people’s frustration with COVID-19 regulations. We all would like to return to life as it was couple years ago. I do, however, reflect on what was asked of my parents’ generation. My mother never wanted to build Corsair aircraft. My father-in-law never wanted to spend a week in a foxhole behind enemy lines in the winter of 1944.

So now it is our turn to put our big-boy pants on, wear a mask, get a shot — and reflect on how spoiled we really are.
